Bin Damage & Replacement Rates

Valid until 30 June 2027. All prices exclude GST.
 

Our bins work hard, and most come back in good condition. If a bin is damaged or lost while it’s in your care, you’re responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing it. We publish our rates up front so you know exactly where you stand before the bin arrives.
 

How the charges work

• Fixed rates. Each type of damage has a set charge for skip bins and for hook bins. They’re listed in the tables below.

• Lost bins. A lost bin is charged at the full replacement price.

• Full replacement rate. Damage to the lift points, or damage that means a bin can no longer be certified, is charged at the full replacement rate.

• Certified and non-certified bins. Where the tables list both, the rate that applies depends on whether the bin was certified.

• GST. All rates exclude GST.
