RAW Skips regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all RAW Skip users, and conforms to internet privacy standards.

In order to use the RAW Skips website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

Communication may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email, telephone conversations, mail, fax, and directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in providing a high level of service and support.

Storage of Collected Information
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

We do not collect any information related to credit card information on our website. At time of purchase when you submit your payment details are entered directly on our third party accredited secure payment gateway supplied by St George.

Access to Collected Information
You may correct, update, delete or deactivate your account information by contacting us on (07) 3878 7533.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, you may be required to provide contact information (such as Name, Email, and Postal Address). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc. is not entered on our website, you are automatically transferred to a third party payment page to enter these details, provided by St George.

Communications
RAW Skips uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by calling us on (07) 3878 7533, or simply clicking the Unsubscribe button on the bottom of the mailout.

We do not pass your personal information or email address on to any third party organisation, mail list company, or selling datbase ever.

Legal
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Pricing Policy

Prices quoted at the time of booking are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices include delivery, collection and disposal fees for non-regulated waste within the safe working load of the bin delivered.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

RAW Skips will provide a full refund of fees paid in respect of:

a) any ordered services not provided listed in the confirmation order; or

b) any services provided not being substantially the same as services requested in the confirmation order, provided that we are notified for a refund request within 1 working day of the scheduled delivery date; or

c) in the event that the order is cancelled by RAW Skips prior to delivery.

For residential skips: You will be entitled to cancel or vary an order provided that we receive adequate notice of the change no less than one working day before the delivery date on that order. Any other variation will be granted at the discretion of RAW Skips , and is subject to the payment of reasonable costs.

For commercial skips: For circumstances whereby a contract to supply bins has been signed, the cancellation is at the discretion of RAW Skips.

Delivery Policy

RAW Skips will deliver your order on the agreed delivery dates, however delivery times may vary. To obtain an approximate delivery time, contact us on (07) 3878 7533.

The delivery location will be as requested by the hirer, or if not specified, as deemed safe by the deliver. If the request for bin placement is deemed to be unsafe or impractical by our driver the bin will be placed in a place that is deemed to be safe and /or practical by the driver. If the bin is to be placed inside the property, the driver shall do so with care, but takes no responsibility for above ground or subsurface damage. The Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage due to the failure by the Supplier to deliver bins or remove rubbish promptly or at all.
